Products are dispatched in secured pallet units. The exact delivery window and unloading requirements are confirmed for the destination before dispatch.
Before delivery
Please provide a complete address, a working telephone number and any access restrictions for heavy vehicles.
At the address
The delivery point must have a firm, level and accessible surface. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, kerbside delivery does not include carrying goods into a building.
Check the shipment
Inspect the pallet before signing. Record visible damage on the carrier document and send photographs to customer service without delay.
Delivery price
Standard pallet delivery is included in the displayed price. Special access or unloading must be agreed before payment.
Personal collection
Collection at the warehouse assigned to your country is possible only after confirming the appointment, vehicle and loading conditions.
Payment
We accept only advance bank transfer. Dispatch begins after the payment has been credited.
Returns
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw where local law provides it. Contact us before arranging pallet return transport.
