Delivery is normally made as kerbside pallet delivery to an accessible, hard and level surface. The carrier cannot place a pallet on soft ground, steep slopes or through an unsuitable entrance.
The current delivery estimate is shown before the order is placed or confirmed individually. Do not schedule installers or empty existing fuel storage until the delivery appointment is confirmed.
Check the number and visible condition of pallets at handover. Note discrepancies on the delivery document and send photographs promptly so the carrier claim can be handled.
