Gifts from the North
Promotional gifts are added automatically to eligible orders placed no later than 10 October 2026, while stocks last.
Retail fuel orders
A retail order containing at least one pallet of pellets, briquettes, coal or firewood receives one pack of 100 eco wood-wool and wax firelighters.
Two retail pallets
An order with at least two retail fuel pallets receives two packs of 100 eco firelighters instead of one. Different fuel products may be combined.
First retail order
The first eligible retail fuel order receives one additional pack of 100 eco firelighters. Eligibility is checked using the customer’s email and delivery address.
B2B gifts
Each 5-pallet B2B line receives three packs of firelighters and the 3% line discount. Each 10-pallet B2B line receives six packs and the 5% line discount. Gifts for orders above 10 pallets are agreed with the individual quotation.
Common conditions
The promotion applies in all ScandiWarm country versions where ordering is active. Gifts have a price of €0, cannot be exchanged for cash and are shown in the cart and order. Retail and B2B items may be mixed; gifts do not change the discount applied to each line. The promotion ends at 23:59 on 10 October 2026 or earlier if the gift stock is exhausted. Statutory rights are unaffected.
