Store under cover, dry and ventilated, off the ground. Pallet wrapping protects during transport but does not replace weatherproof storage.
Burn time depends on the appliance, draught and fuel load. Maintain the required air supply; do not close air vents to prolong embers. Let ash cool fully before disposal.
Every batch of our fuel undergoes rigorous quality testing. The specification for this product lists its materials and declared parameters.
The pallet is secured for transport. Check its condition on arrival and tell us about any visible damage.
Keep fuel under cover in a dry, ventilated place. Protective wrapping does not replace sheltered storage.
