Bjurholm Pellets AB is the controller for customer, order and support data processed through ScandiWarm.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to conclude and perform contracts, deliver orders, handle payments and enquiries, meet accounting and legal duties, prevent abuse and, where consent is given, send marketing communications.
Recipients
Data may be shared only as needed with payment processors, banks, carriers, fulfilment providers, hosting and email suppliers, professional advisers and public authorities. Each party receives only the data needed for its task.
Retention and rights
Order and accounting records are retained for statutory periods. Enquiry and technical logs are kept only as long as necessary. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
