Seller and scope
The seller and contractual partner is Bjurholm Pellets AB, Köpmannagatan 31, 916 31 Bjurholm, Sweden, company registration number 556481-1064, VAT number SE556481106401. These terms apply to orders placed through ScandiWarm.
Order and contract
Product presentation is an invitation to place an order. The customer submits a binding order by using the payment-obligation button. Receipt is confirmed automatically; acceptance occurs when the seller sends an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
Prices and payment
Prices shown for the selected market include applicable consumer taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made by bank transfer. A disclosed payment-processing partner may receive funds on behalf of the seller; Bjurholm Pellets AB remains the seller and contractual partner.
Delivery
Delivery takes place to the address supplied by the customer. Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. The customer must disclose access restrictions and ensure a suitable unloading area.
Complaints and conformity
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Report transport damage promptly and retain the packaging, but failure to do so does not remove mandatory rights.
Applicable law
Swedish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection provided by the law of their habitual residence. Competent consumer dispute bodies and courts remain available under applicable rules.
