Clear and secure advance payment
Orders are paid only in EUR by advance bank transfer. Before funds are sent, the checkout and order confirmation identify the beneficiary, the applicable account and any disclosed processing partner.
One transparent payment method
ScandiWarm does not accept cash on delivery or card payment. A bank transfer creates a traceable payment record. Pallet preparation begins after the full amount has cleared.
The correct account for your market
A global account may serve all countries or a dedicated account may be assigned to a market. Always use the account shown in your own order confirmation rather than details copied from another order.
A disclosed payment-processing partner
A separately identified company may receive or process funds on behalf of the seller. Its identity and role are shown in the order information; Bjurholm Pellets AB remains the seller and contractual partner.
Use the unique order reference
Enter the complete order code in the transfer reference. This allows the payment to be matched quickly and prevents dispatch being delayed by a manual search.
