Right of withdrawal
Version: 2026-09-01
Fourteen-day period
Consumers generally have fourteen days from physical receipt of goods to withdraw without giving a reason under the rules applicable in their market, unless a statutory exception applies. Mandatory market-specific rights take precedence.
How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement identifying the customer and order before the period expires. The model form may be used but is not mandatory.
Return of goods
Goods must normally be returned within fourteen days after withdrawal. Because pallets cannot usually be returned by ordinary post, contact customer service before arranging transport. The customer bears direct return costs where legally permitted and where this was disclosed before purchase.
Refund
The seller refunds eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery, within the statutory time. Refund may be withheld until the goods are received or reliable proof of return is supplied. Diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted.
